Jeannette Paladino builds industry leaders by turning clients into powerful communicators
and problem solvers. She helps them to develop their unique positionings and key messages to communicate to priority targets. As a senior
director with a major agency, she managed the multi-million-dollar "Big Four" Deloitte Consulting account. Other clients have included
Deloitte & Touche, A.T. Kearney, KPMG, PwC, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Latham & Watkins, and the U.S. Mint. Ms. Paladino has a
long track record in counseling nonprofits, including the American Heart Association, Aging in America, the HealthCare Chaplaincy,
Center for the New American Workforce at Queens College, and the Women's Venture Fund. Her extensive financial services experience
includes SVP-marketing director for the Bowery Savings Bank (now Washington Mutual), managing advertising, PR, marketing, research
and the School of Banking. Previously, she was SVP-Corporate communications, Marsh & McLennan, Inc. She is on the Board of the
Financial Women's Association, and a former Board member of American Heart Association in New York. The winner of several awards
for outstanding public relations professional, she began her career as a business reporter.

Robert Moulthrop led the two-year re-branding effort for the
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as its national communications director, and received several
national awards for publications and web site development. As N.Y. regional marketing director for
Deloitte & Touche and KPMG, over a 12-year period his new line-of-business programs involved market
research, recruiting outreach, direct mail, and proposal direction and support. As vice president for
communications/human resources at Scudder, Stevens & Clark (now a unit of Deutschebank), he created
a series of HR issues papers, the firm’s first employee handbook, benefit plan communications programs,
and the organization’s first "talk-back" newsletter.

Mary Lynn Coyle is the former vice president, corporate
communications for both Sabre, Inc. and A.T. Kearney, Inc. She has also managed communications
functions in consumer products, health, education and industrial organizations. As a consultant,
she specializes in corporate brand and corporate communications strategic development. Clients
have included McKesson, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Texaco, A.T. Kearney, Camp Dresser & McKee,
Deloitte & Touche Consulting and ACS, Inc. She has revamped internal communications functions
in five companies, including consolidating multiple intranets. She has directed communications
and marketing strategies and projects in more than 20 countries and her programs have won almost
50 international, national and local communications awards.

Nancy Foxen has extensive experience in Human Resources,
gained while working at three management consulting firms. Her emphasis in the field has been
in the areas of performance assessment, career management, communications and employee relations.
Most recently she was the Director of Career Management (North America) at A. T. Kearney and,
before assuming that role, was the head of human resources for the firm’s Northeastern profit
enter. Prior to that, she was the Director of Financial and Administrative Services for a
national consulting practice at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Ms. Foxen also worked at Booz,
Allen & Hamilton where she advanced to become the Director of Global Benefits. In this
capacity she was responsible for strategic, financial and communications issues related to the
firm’s benefits programs.

Amy Dean is known for her uncanny ability to move the media. She was
formerly an account supervisor with Citigate, a UK-based global marketing communications firm. Dean is expert at
media relations and positioning her clients as thought leaders in shaping the debate on issues of importance to business
leaders. Her success in catapulting a long list of clients to the national stage includes placing stories in major
publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Week, and Fortune. Her clients have also appeared
on CNN, Bloomberg, CNBC and many other media outlets. Her client roster has included Deloitte Consulting, inCode Wireless,
A.T. Kearney, Risk Control Strategies, REL Consultancy Group, Gordon & Glickson and Citigate Financial Intelligence. In
addition to media relations, Dean has managed integrated marketing initiatives, speakers' bureaus and industry analyst
relations programs.
